Should your office be a no-politics zone?
We all know how passionate people can get about their political views. And with the recent neck-and-neck democratic race, and now the upcoming 2008 presidential election, everyone seems to have an opinion on the issues as well as the candidates.
However, because of the personal attachments people tend to feel toward their respective political parties, discussions of this nature can be incredibly polarizing. Are politics really an appropriate topic of conversation in the workplace?
